1.Install mobile uncletools app from playstore.
2. Put downloaded file in sdcard (not in any folders) ,reboot
3.Open mobile uncle tools and Click Recovery Update
3.it will scan files on sd card choose the downloaded file
4.Recovery is now insatlled...

2. REBOOT TO RECOVERY BY PRESSING VOLUME UP + POWER KEY (OR VIA REBOOT RECOVERY OPTION)
3. BACKUP CURRENT OS FROM RECOVERY (OPTIONAL,BUT RECOMMENDED)
4. WIPE FACTORY RESET,WIPE DALVIK CACHE
5. CLICK INSTALL,AND SELECT THE DOWNLOADED ROM FILE
6. WAIT SOME TIME
7. NOW INSTALL/FLASH GAPPS ZIP(FOR GOOGLE APPS LIKE PLAY STORE ETC)
8. AFTER THAT FOR ROOTING THE CURRENT ROM ,FLASH Download UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.xx.zip     
9. REBOOT ...

- Very stable- All CM 12.1 Features-
-Hotspot working
-FM Radio sometimes works (mostly doesn't)
- 3G Working
- MIC Working
- Auto Rotate Working
- Smooth no lag- working smoothly
- USSD (only some carriers but range of carriers has increased)
- No network drops or call issues
- Good battery backup
- VPN is working on PsiPhon and Orbot Perfectly (Only for those who have VPN experience)
- Much louder and high quality audio
- Input devices like Mouse and Keyboard working
- Many more fixes and changes
- Video recording doesn't work in default cam
- added 3rd party app in ROM for fix
