PROCEDURE:
1.DOWNLOAD THE ROM (LINK BELOW)

2.IT IS RECOMMENDED TO USE PHLIZ recovery and new twrp (2.8+)
LINK TO RECOVERY FOR A190 : http://j.gs/6KHP

3.GOTO RECOVERY ->Wipe FACTORY RESET,WIPE DALVIK CACHE

4.INSTALL ZIP->Choose downloaded zip

5.Flash..wait to finish..After that reboot->finish setup

6.GOTO RECOVERY AGAIN AND  FLASH DOWNLOADED Gapps(google apps,link below) without wiping anything

7.ENJOY 

Note:First boot will take some time

1.My sim not working/i cant make calls?
ans:restore imei ...i told to backup imei before flashing..Go here to know how: http://j.gs/6KHN

2.Cant play 1080p videos in video player?
Ans:use mx player (sw decoder or hw+  decoder) or kmp or any other players  for 1080 p videos

3.i cant record video?
Ans use video illusion app(already included) to record videos(including 1080p)
